Shaw makes incredible flooring, and this Grandstand Engineered Hardwood Flooring is no exception. I have been so pleased with how this flooring has worn. We have had it installed now for a few months and see NO negatives to it. This flooring is incredibly easy to put down and wears well.
We placed this flooring down in our basement and applied onto concrete. Because of that, we did use glue to install. This flooring can be installed using Glue down, Nail, or Screw method.
At first we were hesitant because of the press board center, but it is quality made and we had zero issues with installation. Unlike other flooring (specifically Vinyl Plank) that came damaged and had unusable pieces, we were able to use every piece without trouble.
